- Health & safety: We may decline a service if it’s uncomfortable or unsafe for your pet—your pet’s welfare comes first.
- Fleas: If live fleas are present, a flea bath is required (add’l fee).
- Vaccinations: Puppies 8 weeks–6 months may receive services without proof of vaccination; dogs 6+ months require current vaccines.

Do you cut nails too short?
We trim conservatively and can follow with grinding for a smooth, snag-free finish.
Is anal gland expression always done?
Only when needed and appropriate for your pet; we do external expression only.
Can you use hypoallergenic products?
