Quick Policy Notes
Vaccinations
Puppies 8 weeks–6 months may receive services without proof of vaccination; dogs 6+ months require current vaccines (per shop policy).
Mats
We groom humanely. Severe matting may require a short, comfortable reset.
Fleas
If live fleas are found, a flea bath is required (add’l fee).
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours’ notice.
