Coat Care & Matting Policy
- We groom humanely. If mats are severe or tight to the skin, a comfortable short reset may be safer than dematting.
- We’ll explain options and get your approval before any change to the requested style.

- Vaccinations: Puppies 8 weeks–6 months may receive services without proof of vaccination; dogs 6+ months require current vaccines.
